Delivery time
Every SnareSight ships with tracking. Delivery takes 5–8 business days, and we email your tracking number the day your order leaves.
Shipping options
- Standard shipping: free on every SnareSight headset. 5–8 business days.
- Priority shipping: $4.99. 1–2 business days once shipped.

Customs and import duties
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us with your order number and we'll help. Orders with Shipping Protection are covered for loss, theft and damage in transit.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address needs changing. We can update it any time before your order ships.
