Made to order & pre-order
Every Elf Blankets™ Heated Robe is produced to order. Please allow 6–8 weeks of production time before your order ships. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Production time is separate from delivery time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier once the order has shipped.
What happens after you order
- Order confirmed — you get an email receipt immediately.
- Production — your robe is cut, embroidered, and fitted with its heating element as part of the current run. This is the 6–8 week window.
- Quality check — every robe is inspected and the heating element tested before it's packed.
- Shipped — you get a tracking number by email.
Delivery once shipped
This is after the 6–8 week production window. International shipping is typically 6–10 business days once dispatched, though times vary by location and carrier.
Ordering for Christmas
Because of the 6–8 week production time, order by mid-October to have it before December 25. Orders placed later will ship from the following production run.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
