Every Elf Blankets™ Heated Robe is a made-to-order pre-order, produced and quality-checked specifically for your order, so we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We stand behind the product

If your robe arrives damaged or defective, email us at elffblankets@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damage and your order number. We'll review it and make it right with a replacement.

Production time

Because each order is a made-to-order pre-order, please allow the full 6–8 week production time before your order ships. Orders still inside that window have not been delayed.

Heating element faults

If the heating system doesn't work, try a different USB power source first, since power banks and ports vary. If it still won't heat, email us with your order number and a short video and we'll arrange a replacement.
