Play a full set with your SnareSight and watch the footage back. If it isn't everything you hoped for, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right or refund you.
How to start a return
- Email snaresight@outlook.com with your order number.
- We reply within one business day with your return instructions.
- Send the headset back with its carry case and charging cable.
- Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund goes to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Damaged or faulty items
If your SnareSight arrives damaged or stops working, contact us with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships by emailing us with your order number.
Non-returnable items
Add-ons that are services and not physical items (Shipping Protection, Order Processing Priority, Express Shipping and the 1 Year Warranty) are not refundable once your order has shipped.
